Trade Show Cases

Our Trade Show Cases meet and exceed all your trade show cases needs.  Our 278 Expo II trade show cases are  heavy duty folding panel display cases designed to carry your trade show booths safely and ruggedly to all your trade shows.  It is made of high density polyethylene molded with steel buckles and a spring loaded steel handle.  Wheels are built in the the bottom of the base.  These trade show cases telescope from their closed depth of 8-10 inches to allow packing of up to 14 inches thickness.  The 278 Expo II trade show cases come in a variety of sizes and are frequently used for package anything related to your trade show.  For instance frequently our customers use these trade show cases for the transport of folding chairs and other related trade show equipment. It has been our experience that these trade show cases, the 278 Expo II's, are of a higher quality than you would normally get from an exhibit manufacturer.  The exhibit manufacturer's spend large amounts of time and money on designing portable displays and exhibits, then the trade show cases are usually an after thought.  Generally the companies have their display designed and produced then find the least expensive shipping container available in order to better price compete with their entire display system.  This results in cases made of riveted polyethylene that is frequently too thin in order not to drive up the cost of the exhibit.  We sell many of these shipping containers to companies who are replacing their shippers that came as original equipment with the booth.

Our print mount trade show cases are produced for the purpose of transporting large photographic prints or mounted prints.  It is a more lightweight shipper and we don't recommend that you try to use these for shipping anything other than large photographic prints mounted on lightweight foam core or board of some kind.  Constructed with heavy guage steel corners. Full size cardboard liner to prevent scratching of prints. Mailing label area. 1" Nylon straps with quick release buckles. Standard depth = 2". Available in 3" and 4" depths.

Our 511 and 515 tube shippers are designed for shipping those products such as roll able laminated graphics, tripods and other items conducive to a tubular type container.  Both the 511 and the 515 can be purchase with molded bases that have the wheels molded in or without wheels. 

Our 275 Omni convention graphics shipper has .100 polyethylene Carrying handle 1.5" nylon straps 8x12" label area Steel U-channel reinforced edges on lid and body Steel corners and clamps. Note: 275 shippers ship via UPS dimensional weights.  These shippers are designed for the purposes of storing and transporting flat graphics.  They are relatively lightweight (no wheels) and are not recommend for panel display transport.

Other cases we carry that are appropriate for conventions are any of the ATA, or molded and wheeled.  All the shippers  we sell have a utility for conventions, it's just  a matter of finding the right size.  Particularly the inner dimensions are critical.  It is recommended that you not try and find the closest fit for your product to be shipped.  Usually it is better to have ample room inside for foam packing around your object.  This allow rough handling of the shipper without damage to the contents.

Most of these products are in stock and can be shipped via United Parcel Service the next day after ordering.  UPS has guidelines for oversized packages that cause the freight charges to be determined by the physical dimension rather than the weight.  Most of these products can carry three to four times their own weight in products.  In most cases, you can calculate your shipment cost by using the Calculate Time and Cost section of UPS.com. To access Calculate Time and Cost, select the Shipping tab on the UPS.com home page, then select Calculate Time and Cost from the area at the left, and follow the instructions.
