FOR MULTIPLE PARTS, FOLLOW THESE STEPS:


Place the items you want to put in your case in a square or rectangular arrangement. Be sure to leave 1 to 4 inches of space between objects and 2" of space on all six sides outside the perimeter of the contents.  That would mean that if your perimeter was 21" x 13" x 7" then plan for a case with inner dimensions of 25" x 17" x 11".

Take the measurements for the LENGTH, WIDTH, AND DEPTH of the arrangement you've just created. Add 1 inch minimum on all sides for padding. Round up to the nearest inch.
