straps, adding wheels, etc.) or foam inserts on non custom fabricated

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 working days for molded and
prefabricated cases off the shelf. Any additions such as foam
inserts, or special modifications (shoulder straps, adding wheels,
etc.) will cause additional time prior to shipping. Some orders

Prices for freight are UPS estimates of freight. There are instances
due to stock or availability where the case must be
shipped from another warehouse located in another area of the country.
We will make every attempt to ship your case from the nearest
warehouse to keep freight charges as low as possible.
Actual freight charges may be more or less than that calculated on our
internet order form. Freight estimates on shipments outside the
continental US may have additional duties charged to the freight
bill.
Customers who request third party billing direct to their account,
either through UPS or Fed-X or some other freight carrier will be
charged the amount determined by that carrier from the origin of the
package to the destination, base on the mode of transport (i.e.
Ground, Overnight, 2nd day air, etc.) International orders must be
prepaid with a money order, credit card or cashiers check and
freight must be billed to a 3rd party account. Customers who place
orders and wish to cancel the orders must do so by phone prior to
shipping. Any order shipped prior to a cancellation being received
and transferred to the shipping warehouse is subject to freight
charges for the outbound freight as well as for the return freight
of the merchandise and an order restocking fee of twenty percent of
the order value unless another case is ordered in its place. When
another case is ordered to replace the returned case, the restocking
fee is waived. Any order shipped and then refused for any reason is
subject to the same restocking fee and outbound and inbound freight
charges. Freight and handling charges are calculate at the time of
shipment because we ship from numerous warehouses across the
country. This is done in order to match the shortest transit
distances with each order. We make an effort ship from the closest
warehouse, which has the case in stock, to the destination address
of the case. The shipping and handling shown on the order form is
an estimate only and may be more or less than the actual shipping
and handling incurred. Credit cards provided for payment that are
declined for any reason may be subject to a transaction fee for
reprocessing. Shipping cases are routinely damaged by freight
companies including UPS and Fed-X. If you receive your case with
any damage as a result of rough treatment by the freight company make
your claim through the freight company for replacement of the case.
Most manufacturers will not replace cases damaged by freight carriers
at no charge to the case owner. They will, however, honor their
warranties when it involves defects in material and workmanship. |
