CUSTOMIZATION Our engineers will design a custom foam interior according to your specifications. In order to do this we will need to know the following: What items will go in the case? What are the dimensions of these items What are the weights of these items? Make & Model Numbers?  These fabricated shippers have: 1. Construction Panels-Protective covering; .040 " high impact industrial grade ABS pressure-laminated to 1/4", 3/8", or 1/2" solid-core #1 grade plywood. Also available is the Wilson LT panel - a plastic panel made to be just as tough as our ABS-Clad plywood panel - PLUS - it lowers shipper weight up to 45%. Heat-treated aluminum angle is machine-riveted to shipper walls. 2. Angle Extruded aluminum; 6063 alloy; heat-treated to T-6; sized to shipper sidewall.  An optional neoprene gasket may be added to seal out moisture.  3. Valance Exceptionally deep tongue-and-groove closure; extruded aluminum 6063 alloy grade; heat treated to T-5; sized to shipper wall thickness.  Stainless steel hinge will not rust or corrode.  4. Hinge Stainless steel; continuous piano hinge; riveted through double-walled valance every two inches.  Super-strong protective corners nest together for easy stacking.  5. Ball Corners-14-gauge plated steel.  Spring-loaded hook snaps out of the way when in open position.  6. Latches-Recessed; plated steel; positive action butterfly twist style. Does not require valance to be broken. Hook spans tongue-and-groove to eliminate dust and moisture.  Standard recessed handles are cushioned and spring-loaded.  7. Handles-Recessed; plated steel; spring loaded 3/4" diameter rubber grip sleeves.  Plated steel rivets are machine driven for unsurpassed holding power.  8. Rivets-Machine-driven; plated steel; spaced a maximum of 3" apart.
 

The simplest way to make sure that we design the proper container and that you order is correct for your product is to tell us the make and model number of the desktop or laptop  for which you desire the shipper.  Provided below is an easy form for you to complete so we may make a recommendation of a shipper for your needs.  These products are made from proprietary LT materials that makes the unit 1/3 lighter than traditional fabricated shippers.  The product is just as strong as a 3/8" plywood laminated shipper but weight only one third as much.  Save money on shipping with the LT products.
