20" Shock Rack Cases

FEATURES INCLUDE: ■ Standard 19" rack width per EIA standards. ■ Redesigned frame with threaded steel rails and aluminum cross components forming an "H" shaped rigid configuration. ■ Standard rack depth front to rear rail is 20". ■ Front and rear doors are fitted with rubber gaskets for water resistant protection. ■ Recessed heavy-duty twist latches allow these cases to meet most ATA and military specifications.
 

20" Rolling Racks

These cases have SKB’s injection molded pull handle and wheels, 14” injection molded lift handles, and TSA approved key lockable latches. The doors are fully gasketed and a pressure relief valve is included on this weather resistant case.
 

24" Shock Rack Cases

FEATURES INCLUDE : ■ Standard 19" rack width per EIA standards. ■ Standard rack depth front to rear rail is 24" and each lid is 4.5" deep. ■ Redesigned frame with threaded steel rails and aluminum cross components forming an "H" shaped rigid configuration. ■ Unique "plug" style lid sealing system. Lids penetrate the body with an approximate 1" molded-in protrusion that provides outstanding sealing and anti-shear properties. ■ Patent-pending compound hinge system allows the lids to swing out 270` and rest along the sides of the case or easily removed and reinstalled in seconds. ■ Front and rear doors are fitted with rubber gaskets for water resistant protection. ■ Recessed heavy-duty twist latches allow these cases to meet most ATA and military specifications. ■ Stacks securely with wheels on or off and this revolutionary design also allows for both lids to open completely while cases are stacked. ■ All sizes come standard with 8 each HM-245 elastomeric, high damping, wide temperature range shock mounts with a load range of 40 to 150 lbs. ■ Additional or stiffer shock mounts may be ordered from the factory and are easily field-installed (call for details & availability). ■ Standard high quality slide-in/out locking swivel 4" casters rated at 1,200 lbs. ■ Automatic ambient pressure equalization valve (MIL-STD-648C) ■ Black powder coated stainless steel key-lockable latches. ■ Comfortable, spring-loaded, rubber over-molded handles.
 

28" Shock Rack Cases

SKB’s new design is an eight unit 28" deep roto-molded shock rack which should be an instant success with all companies utilizing the deeper servers such as the new Dell and Compaq. Nobody else manufactures a rotationally molded shock rack that is 28" deep and that fits inside the center portion of the case. This new case has all of the same great features as the 24" deep Roto Shock Series. Standard features include: (patent pending) compound hinged doors, black powder coated stainless steel latches, removable 4" casters, eight HM-245 elastomeric shock (load range of 40 to 150 lbs.) with provisions to add additional shocks for an extended payload range, gasketed doors and pressure relief valve. 28 inch Heavy Duty Shockrack systems include a revolutionary new patent pending Adjustable Rail Conversion System. This ARCS technology allows the user to adjust the rack width up to 0.5 inches on each side and optional easy-mount adapter rails will convert the equipment mounting standard from 3/16" threaded to 7/32" through holes or square cage nut windows. Accommodates Dell and Compaq servers utilizing "Versa-rail" or "Rapid-rail" pull-out systems.

Roll-X cases have a depth of 17.75" and accommodate 19" rack mountable equipment with 3, 4, 5 and 6 rack space models. Made of polyethylene rotationally molded plastic with 2.5" wheels and industrial pull handle, the Roll-X racks interlock and stack with each other.
