Cases are usually shipped the day after order placement.  If you need a case by a certain date - please call 888-807-7727 to get confirmation this is possible.  Freight charges are estimates only.  We ship our cases from numerous warehouses and have varying stock so we don't know until an order is put through the system from where an item may ship.  Freight may vary from the quoted price.
